The Lord revealed to me in answer to Ogden Kraut there is no higher authority on the earth at present or any other time than the Apostleship. Ross actually claimed higher authority than Jesus. So I guess he will have to resurrect himself to prove it. Three Grand Orders

There are three grand orders of priesthood referred to here.

1st. The King of Shiloam (Salem) had power and authority over that of Abraham, holding the key and the power of endless life. Angels desire to look into it, but they have set up too many stakes. God cursed the children of Israel because they would not receive the last law from Moses.

The sacrifice required of Abraham in the offering up of Isaac, shows that if a man would attain to the keys of the kingdom of an endless life; he must sacrifice all things. When God offers a blessing or knowledge to a man, and he refuses to receive it, he will be damned. The Israelites prayed that God would speak to Moses and not to them; in consequence of which he cursed them with a carnal law.

What was the power of Melchizedek? 'Twas not the Priesthood of Aaron which administers in outward ordinances, and the offering of sacrifices. Those holding the fulness of the Melchizedek Priesthood are kings and priests of the Most High God, holding the keys of power and blessings. In fact, that Priesthood is a perfect law of theocracy, and stands as God to give laws to the people, administering endless lives to the sons and daughters of Adam.

Abraham says to Melchizedek, I believe all that thou hast taught me concerning the priesthood and the coming of the Son of Man; so Melchizedek ordained Abraham and sent him away. Abraham rejoiced, saying, Now I have a priesthood.

The Mission of Elijah

Salvation could not come to the world without the mediation of Jesus Christ.

How shall God come to the rescue of this generation? He will send Elijah the prophet. The law revealed to Moses in Horeb never was revealed to the children of Israel as a nation. Elijah shall reveal the covenants to seal the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the children to the fathers

The anointing and sealing is to be called, elected and made sure.

"Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God, abideth a priest continually." The Melchizedek Priesthood holds the right from the eternal God, and not by descent from father and mother; and that priesthood is as eternal as God Himself, having neither beginning of days nor end of life.

The 2nd Priesthood is Patriarchal authority. Go to and finish the temple, and God will fill it with power, and you will then receive more knowledge concerning this priesthood.

The 3rd is what is called the Levitical Priesthood, consisting of priests to administer in outward ordinances, made without an oath; but the Priesthood of Melchizedek is by an oath and covenant.

The Holy Ghost is God's messenger to administer in all those priesthoods.

Jesus Christ is the heir of this Kingdom -- the Only Begotten of the Father according to the flesh, and holds the keys over all this world.

Psalm 110:4, "The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek."

Alma 13:18-19, "... Melchizedek having exercised mighty faith, and received the office of the high priesthood according to the holy order of God, ... Now, there were many before him, and also there were many afterwards, but none were greater; therefore, of him they have more particularly made mention."

Hebrews 3:1, "Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;"

The Evangelist

An Evangelist is a Patriarch, even the oldest man of the blood of Joseph or of the seed of Abraham. Wherever the Church of Christ is established in the earth, there should be a Patriarch for the benefit of the posterity of the Saints, as it was with Jacob in giving his patriarchal blessing unto his sons, etc. (June 27, 1839.) DHC 3:379-381.

D&C 107:39, "It is the duty of the Twelve [i.e., apostles], in all large branches of the church, to ordain evangelical ministers [i.e., stake patriarchs], as they shall be designated unto them by revelation--"

D&C 20:2-3, "... Joseph Smith, Jun., who was called of God, and ordained an apostle of Jesus Christ, to be the first elder of this church; ... Oliver Cowdery, who was also called of God, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to be the second elder of this church, and ordained under his hand;"

The Twelve apostles and the Seventy apostles in the church were not selected until Feb. 1835. Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery were conferred the Melchizedek Priesthood and ordained apostles in the kingdom by Peter, James and John (D&C 27:12), the three chief Apostles of Jesus Christ in 1829, before the church was established on April 6, 1830. Joseph Smith had the authority to re-establish the church of Jesus Christ on the earth because he had the Apostleship, which holds the keys of the Melchizedek Priesthood. David Whitmer and Martin Harris, the other two of the three special witnesses of the Book of Mormon plates, were also apostles in the kingdom, and this is also alluded to in D&C 18:9,26-27,37. As related in History of the Church vol. 1, most of the original Twelve apostles (including Brigham Young and Heber C. Kimball) were ordained by the three special witnesses of the Book of Mormon plates, for at that time they were apostles in the kingdom, along with Joseph Smith the Seer.

When Jesus of Nazareth gave unto Peter "the keys of the kingdom of heaven", Peter was an apostle,
not a patriarch. See Matthew 16:17-19.

"Benjamin LeBaron, the oldest son in the large family of Alma Dayer LeBaron, also claimed to be the One Mighty and Strong, but his younger brothers didn't believe him. Ben used a variety of methods to draw attention to himself, such as doing push-ups in the street so people and cars would stop and see how strong he was."  Ogden Kraut

"Ross Wesley LeBaron helped form the Church of the Firstborn of the Fulness of Times. After a dispute with his brothers, he established the Church of the Firstborn in Salt Lake City. He once wrote a letter stating, "Once when these things were weighing heavily upon me, I instinctively prayed, 'Father in Heaven, who is the Mighty and Strong?' I heard a voice say clearly, 'The Mighty and Strong is the Indian Prophet.' " (Letter to M. Bautista, Dec. 6, 1958) There have been others with a similar belief, such as Norman Pierce and Rhea Kunz."  Ogden Kraut

Alma 10:3, "... Nephi, who was the son of Lehi, who came out of the land of Jerusalem, who was a descendant of Manasseh, who was the son of Joseph who was sold into Egypt by the hands of his brethren."

Ross LeBaron contradicts D&C 113:5-6, "What is the root of Jesse spoken of in the 10th verse of the 11th chapter [of Isaiah]? Behold, thus saith the Lord, it is a descendant of Jesse, as well as of Joseph, unto whom rightly belongs the priesthood, and the keys of the kingdom, for an ensign, and for the gathering of my people in the last days." D&C 113:4 in reference to the Rod of Jesse (Joseph Smith) shows that by "Joseph", the Lord meant Ephraim, not Manasseh. Ephraim is the Lord's firstborn (pertaining to the birthright), see Jeremiah 31:9.
In Revelation 7, "the tribe of Manasses" in verse 6 is distinguished from "the tribe of Joseph" in verse 8, because the latter refers to Ephraim (double fruit), the birthright tribe of Israel. D&C 113 is consistent with
1 Chronicles 5:1-2 and also with the patriarchal blessings that Jacob gave to Ephraim and Manasseh, as related in Genesis 48.

Another reason why Joseph Smith is not One Mighty and Strong is given in 2 Nephi 27:10,
"But the words which are sealed he [Joseph Smith the Seer] shall not deliver,
neither shall he deliver the book. For the book shall be sealed by the power of God, and the revelation
which was sealed shall be kept in the book until the own due time of the Lord,
that they may come forth; for behold,
they reveal all things from the foundation of the world unto the end thereof."
The Lord has declared that Prophet Art Bulla shall translate the sealed portion
(the plates of the brother of Jared written in the language of Adam), after Zion is gathered.

D&C 113 and 2 Nephi 27:10 are also sufficient proof that the Father Adam is not One Mighty and Strong, for there are three Davidic servants prophesied in Isaiah 11. Art Bulla has received a revelation from the Lord that the description of One Mighty and Strong in D&C 85:7, "... clothed with light for a covering, ...", means that the Holy Ghost rests upon Art Bulla and does not refer to a glorified and resurrected Personage. I have witnessed that this is quite literally true, for while speaking with Art Bulla face to face in May 2000, I was filled with the Holy Ghost several times.

The Spirit of God testifies that Art Bulla is the One Mighty and Strong (Isaiah 28:2, D&C 85:7), also known as the Root of Jesse, the marred servant (Isaiah 52:14, 3 Nephi 21:10).

Luke 4:24, "... Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country."

The rock on which the Lord said he would always build his church is revelation. After the Lord's crucifixion,
Apostle Simon Peter held the keys of the Priesthood and led the church by revelations of Jesus Christ. See Matthew 16:17-19. When the Gospel was restored, Apostle Joseph Smith did so with the same power and authority, being ordained by Peter, James and John. Now that chief Apostle, also known as the Lord's anointed or the shepherd, is Art Bulla. His divinely appointed mission is to set in order the house of God, fulfilling the prophecy. The LDS Church, once the repository of the pure truth, has not one apostle left, for all are high priests and elders, in the Melchizedek Priesthood. They have altered all the ordinances necessary to enter into the kingdom of heaven, so that all that they do now are null and void. Art Bulla has met the Father and the Son for himself (in Dec. 1969), having being caught up to third heaven even as Isaiah, Paul, the three Nephites, Joseph Smith. He received the Apostleship that was promised would never be taken again from the earth under the hand of Rex D. Pinegar, while he still was the only true apostle (as a Seventy) in the LDS Church, in 1974. He has healed the sick that had faith by the power of the Melchizedek Priesthood from the time he joined the Church. He healed me of a severe allergy in May 2000. He once cast out devils from an afflicted believer, met John the translated Apostle once in 1969, received ministrations from other angels, and so on. Art Bulla is the special witness of God and his unspeakable power for this generation, that the faithful and just might be saved from the sinister designs of Satan. This is according to the pattern of Priesthood succession set down by Moses and Joshua, as recorded in
Numbers 27:15-23.

JST 1 Corinthians 2:11, "... God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. ... the things of God knoweth no man, except he has the Spirit of God."
Personal revelation by the power of the Holy Ghost is necessary to increase in the faith, to understand heavenly things.

Revelation 19:10, "... I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus:
worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Brigham Young said that, in 1832 while listening to the missionary's testimony of the Gospel restored
by Joseph Smith, he was encircled and filled by the light of Christ:
"... the Holy Ghost proceeding from that individual illuminate my understanding, and light, glory and
immortality before me, ..." Deseret News (Weekly), 9 Feb. 1854, 4

D&C 76:10, "For by my Spirit will I enlighten them, and by my power will I make known unto them the
secrets of my will--yea, even those things which eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor yet entered into
the heart of man."

I received a comparable witness from the Holy Ghost while reading artbulla.com on the night of
April 1, 2000. The Holy Ghost has also witnessed to me that the above testimony of Prophet Brigham
Young is true. The workings of the Spirit of revelation is described in Alma 32:26-43. "No man can receive the Holy Ghost without receiving revelations. The Holy Ghost is a revelator." Joseph Smith (TPJS, sec. 6). Prophet Art Bulla is the only man I know of who teaches Alma 32, and the doctrine of personal revelation taught in it is an important key in discerning spirits. "Could any one tell the length, breadth or height of a building
without a rule? Test the quality of metals without a criterion, or point out the movements of the planetary systems,
without a knowledge of astronomy?" TPJS, sec. 4

D&C 50:23-24, "And that which doth not edify is not of God, and is darkness. That which is of God is light; and he that receiveth light, and continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light groweth brighter and brighter until the perfect day."

Moroni 10:6-7, "And whatsoever thing is good is just and true; wherefore, nothing that is good denieth the Christ,
but acknowledgeth that he is. And ye may know that he is, by the power of the Holy Ghost; ..."
In the spring of 1999, I received a sure witness by a prayer of faith that Jesus Christ is indeed the Lord of lords and King of kings.

Moroni 7:11, "For behold, a bitter fountain cannot bring forth good water; neither can a good fountain bring forth bitter water; ..."

Isaiah 33:5, "The LORD is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness."

Isaiah 33:10, "Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.
[resurrection of Jesus Christ to become the next Jehovah of this earth prophesied]"

Daniel 12:1-4, "And at that time shall Michael [God the Father, Adam the Ancient of Days] stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt [resurrection of the dead: celestial, terrestrial, telestial]. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. [Technological wonders like airplanes, the Internet, etc.]"

Isaiah 33:14-17, "The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites.
Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
[In Ezekiel 1:26-28 is a vision of Adam's Lord Jehovah who directed ancient Israel -- the Gods are as one God]
He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions,
that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood,
and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be
the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
[the Americas, the choicest of all lands, the land of Joseph]"

Hebrews 12:29, "For our God is a consuming fire."

Romans 8:16-17, "The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together."

Revelation 5:10, "And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth."

Luke 24:39-40, "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones [a resurrected man has no blood], as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet."

"There is no salvation between the two lids of the Bible without a legal administrator.
Jesus was then the legal administrator, and ordained His Apostles." TPJS, sec. 6

"The Savior said when these tribulations should take place, it should be committed to a man who should be a witness over the whole world: the keys of knowledge, power and revelations should be revealed to a witness who should hold the testimony to the world." TPJS, sec. 6

D&C 103:15-16, "Behold, I say unto you, the redemption of Zion must needs come by power;
Therefore, I will raise up unto my people a man [not a glorified and resurrected Personage such as
Adam or Jesus Christ or Joseph Smith], who shall lead them like as Moses led the children of
Israel."

Isaiah 8:20, "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because
there is no light in them."

Deuteronomy 13:1-3, "If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul."

D&C 133:45, "For since the beginning of the world have not men heard nor perceived by the ear, neither hath any eye seen, O God, besides thee, how great things thou hast prepared for him that waiteth for thee."

Revelation 10:6, "... that there should be time no longer:" (declared by the Father Michael Adam the Archangel, who is the Ancient of Days, in the name of Jehovah; see D&C 88:110, also D&C 84:100)
Where there is time, there is beginning and end, so that there is a peak reached, then decline, misery and death in all things. In the eternal world to come, there is no time, and this is why there is no beginning or end to the Priesthood of the Son of God, and in the celestial realm, the Gods who are set on high continue to increase in glory, happiness, power and knowledge endlessly in their own kingdoms. In this temporal world, however, the second law of thermodynamics is in full operation at all times (since the intentional fall of the Father Michael Adam). Thus, evolution is true only for the Gods set on high, worlds without end, and for no other.

2 Nephi 2:24-25, "But behold, all things have been done in the wisdom of him who knoweth all things.
Adam fell that men might be; and men are, that they might have joy."

Alma 7:20, "... his course is one eternal round."

TPJS, sec. 4, "That which has a beginning will surely have an end; take a ring, it is without beginning
or end -- cut it for a beginning place and at the same time you have an ending place."

Alma 40:8, "... all is as one day with God, and time only is measured unto men."

Proverbs 25:2, "It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter."
