Why Am I Persecuted by the Disbarred Lawyer Tanner, the Racketeer Mills Crenshaw, and the "Michael Nifong" or "Hank Hanegraph" of Mormonism, Van Hale?
The Gospel of salvation is perfectly calculated to cause division. It strikes at the root of the very existence of mankind in their wickedness, evil designs, passions, and wicked calculations. There is no evil among the human family, but at the foundation of which it strikes effectually, and comes in contact with every evil passion that rises in the heart of man. It is opposed to every evil practice of men, and consequently it disturbs them in the wicked courses they are pursuing.
The ancient Saints were and the Saints of latter days have been driven from pillar to post, their name a hiss and a bye-word, and their character traduced to the lowest degree. I will appeal to men in this congregation, who have lived for years in the society of the world, who are judges, magistrates, sheriffs, merchants, mechanics, and farmers, if anything was ever alleged against their character until they joined the Latter-day Saints. But where are your characters now in the world? Your former friends now have found out that you always were miserable creatures, they now declare they never had any confidence in you, for you always were enthusiastic beings, and knew not what you were doing. They always believed you would prove yourselves dishonest, &c. This has been the character given to the Saints by the world in all ages.

I expect they will array everything against me that is in their power to control, and that we shall have a long and tremendous warfare. He that will war the true Christian warfare against the corruptions of these last days will have wicked men and angels of devils, and all the infernal powers of darkness continually arrayed against him. When wicked and corrupt men oppose, it is a criterion to judge if a man is warring the Christian warfare. When all men speak evil of you falsely, blessed are ye. Shall a man be considered bad, when men speak evil of him? No. If a man stands and opposes the world of sin, he may expect to have all wicked and corrupt spirits arrayed against him. But it will be but a little season, and all these afflictions will be turned away from us, inasmuch as we are faithful, and are not overcome by these evils. By seeing the blessings of the endowment rolling on, and the kingdom increasing and spreading from sea to sea, we shall rejoice that we were not overcome by these foolish things.

Motives of Mills Crenshaw, Martin Tanner and Van Hale in Persecution of
Servant of God Brought to Light

Again, I threaten no one. I leave you in the hands of God for judgment, for
vengeance is mine, saith the Lord. I promise you, you have nothing to fear from
me but the truth. Contrary to your word and slander, I am not wicked, but I was
pursued and hounded constantly by a uniformed mob, acting under the color of
law, chased like a hart on the mountains, and the fix was in, as I have
explained several times, but you deliberately choose darkness rather than light,
and choose to believe the devil, because your deeds are evil, saith the Lord.
Joseph fled the mobs when he had the plates, you know this. He was arrested
under false testimony 40 times and put to death because of false testimony, and
the false testimony was charged against the Saviour for threats he also did not
make, and they are still being charged against me. I threaten no one. It is
true, if you treated me in person as you do verbally over the phone, insulting
me to my face, impugning and holding up for ridicule things I hold sacred, if
you did this to my face, I would give you a boxing lesson, as did Joseph Smith
to many, including his own brother, William. That is all that I said. You put
words in my mouth and still do. I am not a wild disorderly person. I love debate
and reasoning, but I will not allow a person in my presence to insult me beyond
all limits. Mills and Tanner refused to come to the light and debate, could not
do, hence their slander. They were checked in their wickedness by the Gospel
being preached.
You say you will not pray. This shows what spirit you have raging inside you.
The evil spirit teacheth a man not to pray. By their fruits ye shall know them.
I have had righteous anger and you have murmured because I was plain to you:
26 And ye have murmured because he hath been plain unto you. Ye say that he hath
used sharpness; ye say that he hath been angry with you; but behold, his
sharpness was the sharpness of the power of the word of God, which was in him;
and that which ye call anger was the truth, according to that which is in God,
which he could not restrain, manifesting boldly concerning your iniquities.

The Lord says this about the plot of Mills and Tanner to destroy me and about
your refusal to pray for the truth concerning Adam God and myself:
19 Therefore we will destroy him, and also the work; and we will do this that we
may not be ashamed in the end, and that we may get glory of the world. 20
Verily, verily, I say unto you, that Satan has great hold upon their hearts; he
stirreth them up to iniquity against that which is good; 21 And their hearts are
corrupt, and full of wickedness and abominations; and they love darkness rather
than light, because their deeds are evil; therefore they will not ask of me.
22 Satan stirreth them up, that he may lead their souls to destruction.
23 And thus he has laid a cunning plan, thinking to destroy the work of God;
but I will require this at their hands, and it shall turn to their shame and
condemnation in the day of judgment.
24 Yea, he stirreth up their hearts to anger against this work.
25 Yea, he saith unto them: Deceive and lie in wait to catch, that ye may
destroy; behold, this is no harm. And thus he flattereth them, and telleth them
that it is no sin to lie that they may catch a man in a lie, that they may
destroy him. 26 And thus he flattereth them, and leadeth them along until he
draggeth their souls down to hell; and thus he causeth them to catch themselves
in their own snare. 27 And thus he goeth up and down, to and fro in the earth,
seeking to destroy the souls of men. 28 Verily, verily, I say unto you, wo be
unto him that lieth to deceive because he supposeth that another lieth to
deceive, for such are not exempt from the justice of God. 29 Now, behold, they
have altered these words, because Satan saith unto them: He hath deceived
you--and thus he flattereth them away to do iniquity, to get thee to tempt the
Lord thy God.

The world entertain certain ideas concerning truth, they entertain certain ideas
concerning God and concerning His servants, and when men come to them with
something that conflicts with these ideas, they are led to reject them, and it
is not until a man has died, not until in many instances his blood has been
shed, that he is recognized as a Prophet of God. In fact it was an accusation of
the Savior against the Jews that they garnished the tombs and sepulchres of the
Prophets whom they had slain. They slew them, but after their death their
children said, "If we had lived in their days we would not have slain the
Prophets, we would have received their testimony," while they treated the
Prophets in their midst the same as their fathers had done their predecessors.
But it takes time to bring men to esteem Prophets. It has taken centuries to
sanctify the memory of the Son of God; centuries have rolled on before He was
recognized by the world as the being whom his disciples testified he was. To his
generation he was a vile impostor, and was counted worthy of the most
ignominious death that could be inflicted-to be crucified between two thieves.
Why, they had the most irrefutable evidence, as they supposed, that He was not
the Son of God. "Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?" "Why," said
they, "art thou also of Galilee? Search and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no
Prophet." He was a Galilean, and therefore, because of his lowly birth and
surroundings, they deemed themselves perfectly justified in rejecting Him. And
as has been quoted to-day, so confident were they that He was not the being whom
He represented himself to be that they said, "His blood be on us and upon our
children." They felt so secure in calling for his crucifixion, they were willing
to incur al the penalties which might be inflicted upon themselves and their
posterity for the death of a man who, in their estimation, was so vile an
impostor.

This is not a new thing in the earth, the antagonism between error and truth,
between wrong and right, between the followers of him who seeks to usurp
dominion upon the earth, and the followers of the Son of God. That antagonism
has been a perpetual one, an undying one. It cost the blood of the best Being
that ever trod the earth, even the Son of God Himself, and all His Apostles and
all the prophets-they all, with few exceptions laid down their lives for the
truth. And yet we talk about our civilization, the enlightened nineteenth
century, and we say as did the generation in which the Savior lived: "If we had
lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have slain the Prophets, we would
not have been guilty of shedding their blood." This was the cry of the
generation in which the Savior lived, yet that same generation crucified Him in
the most ignominious manner.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is designed a remedy for this. It is called the "Ku
Klux Klan Act" to treat with suborned law enforcement, judges, etc. This moral
relativism you practice in putting no difference between the righteous and the
unrighteous, the clean and the unclean is because of your wicked heart of
unbelief and reprobate mind.
And we shall at last have to come to this conclusion, whatever we may think of
revelation, that without it we can neither know nor understand anything of God,
or the devil; and however unwilling the world may be to acknowledge this
principle, it is evident from the multifarious creeds and notions concerning
this matter that they understand nothing of this principle, and it is equally as
plain that without a divine communication they must remain in ignorance. The
world always mistook false prophets for true ones, and those that were sent of
God, they considered to be false prophets, and hence they killed, stoned,
punished and imprisoned the true prophets, and these had to hide themselves "in
deserts and dens, and caves of the earth," and though the most honorable men of
the earth, they banished them from their society as vagabonds, whilst they
cherished, honored and supported knaves, vagabonds, hypocrites, impostors, and

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave
them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness,
maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil
things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers,
without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment
of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the
same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
(Rom 1:28-32) Again, the arm of the Lord is extended to you. Saith the Lord,
pray and ask of me, your Lord and redeemer, and ye shall receive knowledge from
me by the unspeakable gift of the Holy Ghost.

The wicked flee when no one pursueth. To whom does that refer. I did not flee to
Mexico. I have lived in the SL valley my entire life. I can be reached on my
personal phone or my business phone. I have two local addresses - my home and
business. I am available on public radio every Sunday evening. I invite calls
from people with widely divergent perspectives from that of my own. I am even
available for those who wish to insult me, threaten to beat me with their fists
"big time" and lie about me, sometimes even claiming their lies about me came
from God.
So, certainly, you could not be applying that phrase to me.

We read how the prophets had to "wander in the caves and deserts and dens of the earth", but in the foregoing Mr. Hale dwells in Babylon, perfectly free from persecution. The devil must be well-pleased with such, for they are not persecuted. Indeed it is a criterion as we read earlier, to judge whether a man is warring to the true Christian warfare, that is, is he persecuted, or no? I have been persecuted ever since my first vision and driven out into the desert while Van is living in resplendent glory in Babylon the Great, hail and well met. Who who is what and which is where?

Aaron, this, of course, is a complete distortion. Mr. Tanner had accused me
of threatening a secretary, around '92, and therefore I knew the fix was in,
between Tanner and Mills Crenshaw, et al, (Mr. "Cranskshaft" being of my chief persecutors at the time, a
fascist who shut down all discussion of religious topics on KTKK by a
prior-restraint policy, a convicted felon and known racketeer) except on Sunday nights, and this due to me exposing the
truth to the humble followers of Christ, and to have me put away. Van Hale has
been taken in by these. I recorded
the phone call I subsequently made to the secretary Tanner said I threatened,
(upon learning of this accusation using a Radio Shack recording device which I
had purchased for this purpose), and asked her if I had threatened her. She said
no, which I have on tape, and I presented this recording to the Court, as
evidence of the fraud being hatched against me, the end result of which was
calculated to have me put away for being a public menace, which also is the
accusatory tone and scurrilous attitude displayed by Van Hale, another liar. The
device did not work the first time, to my dismay in recording, so I even had to
call her a second time, and then successfully got her denial on tape the second
time, that I had never threatened her! I also distinctly remember calling Van
Hale over the air at the time, being fearful for my liberty at the time, due to
the machinations of corrupt Mr. Tanner-- and asking Mr. Hale if I had ever
threatened him, and this over the air, and he said over the air, NO!!! on KTKK!
This happened And I have never called K-Talk with any kind of threat, nor have I
ever threatened Van Hale. That would be crazy, and what do they take me for, a
fool? Mr. Hale as always attempted to paint me as a wild-eyed visionary
disorderly person. This accusation is a also a lie, typical of this former
lawyer and his associate Van Hale, a Pharisee or Herodian, Tanner being
disbarred for lying in Arizona and Utah. Liars! Swine! Let that liar Mr. Hale
produce what he says he has. I deny he has it, being always very careful in this
area, knowing they lay in wait to catch me in my words, as Mr. Hale does now,
looking for any accusation he can make. I am not snared as easily as that. They
are the fools.
13 Nevertheless, there were some among them who thought to question them, that

they might be judged according to the law, and that they might be slain or cast

It seems these are the very same as that arrayed against the savior, Herodians
and lawyers! The proceedings against Mr Tanner in Ariziona, are on public
record. He had lied to the court in an action which I brought against K-Talk,
which (the Federal version of that lawsuit is on my website at http://www.artbulla.com/zion/complaint.doc)
in which he did not serve me with his Motion for Summary Judgment as required by
the Rules of Civil Procedure, Utah Code. Thus the thief robbed me of justice.
Therefore my suit was dismissed for my not responding, because I had not been
timely served notice of the Motion for Summary Judgment! And the judiciary in
Utah is so unbelievably corrupt, and a person speaking for himself in court is
so contrary to custom, that this corrupt judge would not grant my motion to
reconsider based upon the grounds I had no knowledge of the motion in order to
represent the other side because Tanner intentionally kept that from me, knowing
the courts would dismiss when I wasn't present! It is for such activities that
Tanner was disbarred in Arizona and Utah. So we have two liars arrayed against
me as per the statement of Joseph Smith: Van conveniently forgets there is a
three-second delay in the transmission of my call, making any discourse awkward,
(but not impossible). Due to this delay, he corruptly assumes, the timing being
off in the transmission, contrary to normal discourse, due to this, that I am
interrupting him. What a fool. But outside of that you yourself know how he
hectors you, not allowing you to speak many times, but unrighteously dominates
the microphone like some three-year-old spoiled brat in a sandbox, hogging a
toy. He loves to hear himself speak, as all narcissists do. Van is a narcissist
and in his own mind never does wrong. His judgment is always accurate and
therefore despositive. And his habit is, once he interrupts you, he launches
into a long catalogue of pillory and abuse, inserting words in your mouth
concerning what you have said, and what you believe, then after all this, he
often says he is "moving on", without allowing any response from you. This is
the pillorying he subjects you and me to, and especially me, due to the three
second delay problem, his mind being corrupt like Custer in Little Big Man,
assumes that it is an interruption. And being aware of this censorship technique
of his, I now do not hesitate to interrupt him as he does me. And so what? He
feels free to interrupt me constantly, so that I cannot get out much more than a
sentence, before being cut off. He is a corrupt-minded Herodian and Darwinist,
implying Joseph was as well, calling it Progressive Revelation!
The great secret to be revealed to the dumb Mormons whom he secretly despises
for their superstition is evolutionism! And then he accuses me of distorting
Mormonism!
Joseph denying evolution: Where was there ever a son without a father? And where
was there ever a father without first being a son? Whenever did a tree or
anything spring into existence without a progenitor (as evolutionism which Van
Hale believes says)? And everything comes in this way (father to son). (Joseph

So from the above quote we righteously judge, without any revelation, (but I
have revelation in addition) that Joseph opposes now (for he is alive) and would
have in his mortality opposed evolution. I have other evidence as well, though I
will not present it here. As for the supposed failed prophecy, I explained to
Tanner over the air that God changed his mind on this, due to the fact that
Herbert Walker Bush had called upon the nation to unite in prayer for the
deliverance of our nation prior to the Gulf War then. But now the nation is
being defeated by Al Quaeda in the desert in fulfillment of that prophecy. The
civil war was also deferred for a time by the prayer of Andrew Jackson on behalf
of the nation, and the civil war prophecy was ultimately fulfilled as we know.
God also changed his mind concerning Ninevah, with Jonah, because of their
lamentation and prayer. I explained this to Tanner over the air at the time, but
of course they loudly declared me a false prophet. I have the revelation, Jong
had commented on it as well, concerning its late fulfillment. So these are
waiting to catch me in my words according to the following pattern:
13 Nevertheless, there were some among them who thought to question them, that
